Autumn has arrived! which means pumpkins... which means pumpkin recipes. Here is a very yummy recipe I worked on and adapted today and its super healthy so no guilt! ENJOY!!
Ingredients
- 600 grams of pumpkin
- 3 cups of flour
- pinch of salt
- 60 grams of margarine (dairy free/vegan) or butter
- 1 cup of rice milk
~ 140 calories per serving (normal sized scone)
3.6 grams of fat
22.7 grams of carbohydrate
1.1 grams dietary fiber
3 grams of protein
