The Pile: A successful shopping trip

My favourite buys from todays trip:  new leather ankle boots with gold zipper detail, turquoise and lapis teardrop necklace, Ecoya ginger and lemongrass scented hand lotion.

Ok, I admit it. I love shopping, maybe its my hunter/gatherer instinct or just the fact that I am a bit of a magpie who adores pretty things but shopping really gives me a thrill. I love obsessing about my new buys when I bring them home and am that girl who wears my new favourite buy with religious regularity until I find another little shiny to be excited about. So here is a little pile of some of my favourite new things:

Slouchy Ankle Boots (Novo)
I have been looking everywhere for ankle boots to fall in love with. I wanted flats, so I can be comfy all day long wearing them but I wanted them to be gorgeous too! Finally I found them, these are very versatile and I love their unique latte-grey shade.

Waterfall Beaded Necklace (Equip)
I love the teal and cobalt trend coming in this winter and equip has a great new collection with this gorgeous peacock inspired palette. I am looking forward to wearing this necklace with my LBD when I next go out.

Hand Cream (Ecoya)
I love Ecoya's products, they have the most gorgeous scent combinations. While I was in Australia I had most of their ginger and lemongrass range and I had been missing them since returning. So I decided to start restoring my collection, starting with this gorgeous hand cream.
