Quick Food: Healthy Vegan Wrap

Lately my schedule has been crazy. Between work, workouts, friendships and my various commitments I have had no down time. As a result, I have developed some tasty and nutritious recipes for my on the go lifestyle. It is so important to keep nurtured and nourished when you are busy - otherwise you can get run down or go back to bad eating habits.



This wrap is one of my favourite lunches at the moment, it is low GI and packed with vitamins and fibre, without any meat or animal products! You literally have to pop on the ingredients and roll it up and its ready. Enjoy.

Note: I don't always add cucumber but it is a yummy addition if you have some!
