So as recently discussed I have been eating a lot more vegetarian food recently. Its amazing because I am discovering so many new delicious foods! I have also discovered some amazing protein sources lately - so delicious...
My top picks for vegetarian protein at the moment are:
1) Quinoa - protein and fibre in such a tasty grain
2) Legumes - they are so versatile and go with almost any dish
3) Mushrooms - my favourite flavour
4) Eggs - So many easy ways to cook them!!
