1 egg
1 cup of wholemeal flour
80 g butter
Quiche
½ cup trim milk
1 cup cottage cheese
1 Bunch of Silver beet (Diced)
2 Tbsp Parmesan
2 Rashers Bacon (Diced)
2 Large eggs
Mix wholemeal flour and butter, creating a breadcrumb consistency. Add eggs and mix until dough is pastry-like. Refrigerate until firm and roll out, lining tin. Bake @ 200 until pastry begins to crisp (10-20 min).
Mix together quiche ingredients and place into pastry shell, adding parmesan on top. Bake @ 200 until cooked through. Enjoy!
