Juicing Adventures Continued: Alkalising and Hydrating Green Juice

Juicing has been amazing. There is only one way to put it. Most days I will have a juice meal once a day and I feel, as a result, my energy levels have shot through the roof, my digestive system has calmed and without trying to I have lost 3 kilos - talk about metabolism booster. This alkalising juice is one of my favourite blends. Its like a delicious liquid multivitamin and works great at hydrating and equalising your digestive system

Spinach - high in iron, and flavonoids. If you dont like it cooked its great to 'hide' it in your juces.
Pineapple - full of good sugars and salts. Perfect for body re-hydration after a workout.
Celery - works as a great digestive buffer.

Ingredients:
Spinach
Celery
Pear
Pineapple
Green Apple


I juice up 800 mls of this the night before or in the early morning of a work day to provide hydration and stabilisation for my day it work. Its a great energy booster and hydration. Enjoy.
