I love Bagels, their texture, the fun fillings you can add and the fact that they can be so quick to prepare and eat on the run. Unfortunately sometimes they can be pretty unhealthy with all that white flour and cream cheese. These bagels are different, I use wholemeal bagels and avocado as a replacement for cream cheese. All the ingredients are listed below, and these bagels are even better toasted...
