I was super hungry last night so I got up and made myself a brownie in a cup. This recipe is delicious, reliable, quick and light! Its pretty much magic.
Ingredients: serves 1 (163 calories)
1 tbsp yoghurt
2 tbsp maple syrup
1.25 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp white flour
1 tbsp wholemeal flour
1 egg
Mix all the ingredients in a cup and microwave for 90 seconds (I like it slightly gooey).
