Tea Time

I adore tea, its not just a drink for me - its a culture. I drink tea to calm down, I drink tea to socialise and drink tea due to its cultural and health implications. It is one of my dreams on day to join the Australian Tea Masters because tea is such an important part of my life.

Today I went with a friend to the local tea house - Absolute tea. We had a ball, I love that the employees have an excellent knowledge of tea and deliver fantastic service. I am also excited about their new bone china collection with the most popular Royal Alberts of each decade.

I love the layout of the tea house - its so pretty... I want a house like this one day!
My salad was amazing! It had kiwifruit and Salmon - my faves.

I love the china patterns - I ordered Japanese Cherry Blossom tea ( a green tea blend ) which is very light, aromatic and delicate. I also bought some chocolate chilli tea for home - smells delicious!
