This is one of my favorite breakfasts, it helps that I am completely addicted to fruit at the moment. I love smoothies because they just involve chucking a bunch of ingredients into a blender. Then BAM! instant awesomeness...
The fruit explosion smoothie contains:
- a cup of grapes
- a large banana
- 120 ml of soy yogurt (if you aren't dairy free you can use greek)
- 3/4 cups of rice milk
- a cup of frozen rasberries
Then... blennnnnnnnnnnnnnd and enjoy!
