Lack of posting-ness

I know I promised some recipes - and that didn't happen! Unfortunately it has been a somewhat crazy few days with a sick boyfriend, broken car and insane amounts of job hunting. Tomorrow I will be doing some sea turtle conservation work but the day after (my birthday- wooohoo!) I shall be back with my promised recipes...
